Job Summary
Instructional Assistant in an EC classroom providing direct support to students and collaboration with the teacher. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, operating classroom equipment (computers, copiers, calculators, and equipment for children with special needs), lifting/moving objects as needed, and interacting effectively with students, teachers, and staff. Requires at least an Associate’s degree or 48 semester hours toward a Bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship or documented work authorization, and proficient English reading/writing. The role involves working with a teacher and independently with students in Asheboro, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate’s degree or 48 semester hours toward Bachelor’s degree

- Ability to read, speak, and write appropriately in standard English
