Instructional Aide - Woodland Elementary, 7 hours

Assess student math and reading aptitude to support progress and learning needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers to meet instructional goals and coordinate small group assignments with the building principal. Gathers lesson materials and instructs students with support from certified staff, meeting individually in small groups to address specific areas of need. Perform student supervision duties including lunchroom oversight and recess support, while assisting the building office as required. Report to the building administrator and perform other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, one-year education experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Background clearance and TB test are required.
