Job Summary
Provide instructional assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher. Assist in preparing, conducting, and managing classroom activities. Maintain a safe learning environment while supporting student engagement and participation during daily lessons. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, an Educational Aide certificate, and some experience working with children in an instructional setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with children, follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively.
