Instructional Aide - Elementary

Implement teacher-created lesson plans for scholars in collaboration with lead teachers to maximize student achievement. Conduct academic assessments and provide instruction in math and reading drills using learning strategies to reinforce or modify skills. Teach leveled reading groups and maintain high behavioral expectations while enforcing positive discipline policies. Provide supervision and support for students during lunch and Friday Community Meetings. Work and assist teachers throughout the school day with instruction, oversight, and student supervision. Follow health, safety, and nutrition policies while maintaining open communication with staff, parents, and stakeholders. Participate in professional development to refine school culture and academics.
