Job Summary
Instructional Aide role in a Special Education program (Grades K-12) at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs. Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers to create a supportive learning environment, implementing individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, monitoring student progress, maintaining confidentiality, documenting behaviors and outcomes, communicating with staff and families, and supporting students in developing academic, social, and life skills. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with basic skills test; CA driver’s license; ability to obtain crisis management training; paraprofessional credential preferred. Starting rate $18/hour. Located in Jurupa Valley, CA, on-site with no remote work option indicated. Provides extensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent w/ passage of basic skills test
- Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a CA state driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training
