Instructional Aide

Instructional Aide supports teachers and students by assisting with lesson plans and instructional activities, providing individual and small-group support, reinforcing academic concepts, assisting with classroom management, preparing instructional materials and learning resources, supervising students during various activities, supporting students with special needs per IEPs, maintaining records and documentation, and communicating with teachers, staff, students, and parents. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse student populations, basic computer skills, and a commitment to student achievement and well-being. Pre-employment screenings (background checks, safety registrations, drug screening, and verification of licensure/certification where applicable) may be required. The role is based at Ascension Catholic School (Chesterfield) and related education facilities in the St. Louis area. Equal opportunity employer.
