Job Summary
Develop and deliver training on travel safety and personal security for professionals operating in high-risk environments. Conduct safety briefings for travelers, project teams, and organizations, while guiding scenario exercises focused on decision-making under pressure. Address themes including risk management, low-profile behavior, and emergency procedures, translating current threats into practical curriculum. Support risk analyses, safety planning, and evacuation preparations for clients within the defense, government, NGO, and private sectors. Travel nationally and internationally as part of the role, collaborating with the TGI trainer team to evolve the training portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen Defensie, politie, NGO's, internationale organisaties of vergelijkbare operationele omgevingen
- Ervaring met werken, reizen of adviseren in crisis-, conflict- of hoogrisicogebieden
- Ervaring met reisveiligheid, noodprocedures, evacuatieplanning en risicobeheersing
- Sterke communicatieve en didactische vaardigheden
- Het vermogen om operationele ervaring te vertalen naar praktische en direct toepasbare lessen
- Rustig, besluitvaardig en professioneel onder druk
- Integer, discreet en representatief richting opdrachtgevers
- Bereidheid om nationaal en internationaal te reizen als onderdeel van de functie
