Job Summary
Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, job aids, and blended learning programs using authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate. Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps, create storyboards and scripts, and translate complex information into user-friendly content. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions while adapting delivery methods for diverse audiences. Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and learner data to continuously improve programs and support change management initiatives. Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and HR teams to align learning strategies with organizational goals. Manage LMS content, track progress, and consult on performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or training delivery
- Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
