(INSTORE) Member Service Representative/Relationship Officer - Rose City

Proactively support the branch team with exceptional member service, including active lobby management, greeting members warmly by name, and fulfilling their current and future financial needs. Open new consumer and business accounts, including Fiduciary, IRA, CD, checking, and loan products, while focusing on retention and developing new relationships. Listen, identify, and recommend solutions by utilizing available resources to assist members completely. Perform account and loan maintenance, submit necessary documentation, and conduct outbound calling to develop or retain lending and deposit relationships. Act as a liaison between members and off-site departments to resolve issues, assist with courtesy signings, and complete required forms. Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer them to appropriate staff. Maintain the cash drawer and balance it within established guidelines. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, at an in-store location within a Fred Meyer or Safeway store.
