Job Summary
Drive process and control improvement by providing timely, insightful feedback to business partners across the segment. Review process maps, procedures, and control design language to inform risk assessments and potential enhancements supporting regulatory compliance. Effectively identify and communicate applicable risks, reach consensus, and facilitate changes while identifying opportunities to leverage data and automation. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Institutional Services product offerings, business processes, and relevant regulatory criteria. Manage several workstreams concurrently, balance competing priorities, and provide effective status updates on a recurring basis. This role reports to the Institutional Services Head of Control Design in Wilmington, Delaware.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in the banking industry
- Three years of experience in formulating, developing and working within cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Management skills
- Ability to communicate concepts/theories and develop alternative recommendations
- Ability to make effective presentations to all levels of the organization
- Ability to build consensus
- Ability to move projects forward despite roadblocks and competing functional priorities

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Master's degree
- Public accounting experience on audits of banking industry SEC registrants
