Job Summary
Institutional Sales Manager for Europe/Malta responsible for generating and closing high-value sales opportunities with EU institutional clients. Build a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting opportunities, develop client profiling to replicate successful engagement, define and evaluate new revenue streams, and close high-impact deals while ensuring clients meet OKX standards and risks. The role requires articulating client feedback to senior management and product teams to enhance offerings, and collaborating with cross-functional groups to drive business growth in a fast-paced crypto-technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in institutional sales with a track record of developing and closing high-value deals with financial institutions or traditional finance clients
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of products for institutional clients (particularly Spot)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building at all levels
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and build a client base, develop profiling, and convert opportunities into revenue
