Job Summary
Institutional Sales Associate role driving growth of our institutional business in the EMEA region. You will identify and onboard institutional prospects (hedge funds, family offices, VCs, HFTs), manage full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to onboarding and first trade execution, articulate Blockchain.com’s institutional suite (OTC Spot, Options/Derivatives, Market Making), stay ahead of regulatory shifts, and act as primary client contact ensuring white-glove service while collaborating with the Trading Desk and Legal/Compliance on onboarding requirements. The role requires a hunter mentality, high resilience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to distill complex blockchain services for institutional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)
- Experience with OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and digital asset ecosystem preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to onboard institutions and navigate KYC/onboarding processes
- Ability to collaborate with trading desk and legal/compliance teams
