Job Summary
Institutional Sales Associate to drive growth of our institutional business in the AMER region. Manage high-value accounts and the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to onboarding and first trade execution. Promote Blockchain.com’s institutional suite (OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives, Market Making) and stay ahead of market trends and regulatory shifts. Act as the primary client contact with white-glove service, collaborating with Trading Desk and Legal/Compliance to navigate onboarding for AMER entities. Requires 1–3 years in Institutional Sales/BD/Trading with a crypto or traditional finance background; strong understanding of OTC trading and the digital asset ecosystem; hunter mentality and ability to communicate complex services to institutional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)
- Strong understanding of OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and the digital asset ecosystem
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of institutional products (OTC Spot, Options/Derivatives, Market Making)
- Experience managing high-value institutional accounts and full sales lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex blockchain services for institutional stakeholders
- “hunter” mentality with resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with Trading Desk and Legal/Compliance teams
