Job Summary
Lead MNHS retail strategy with planning, design, and merchandise ordering; supervise the Retail Team and oversee day-to-day department operations; drive a network-wide retail management collaborative, implement department revenue plans, and guide staff development. Responsibilities include providing vision for retail strategy, supervising assigned staff, managing merchandising and inventory, budgeting, cash handling, and collaborating with designers and vendors. Requires ability to travel within the state and maintain a flexible daily/weekly schedule to meet seasonal needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in retail management in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of retail operations, product ordering, and inventory management
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license
