Job Summary
Oversee transformation initiatives related to institutional readiness in collaboration with strategic planning consultants, leading projects from planning through execution to ensure achievement of targeted performance indicators. Anticipate future needs and propose development opportunities aligned with the social protection ecosystem, while analyzing the current situation to submit strategic recommendations that enhance institutional excellence and operational efficiency. Strengthen organizational capabilities by improving policies, methodologies, and internal processes, adopting modern tools to streamline procedures and support an integrated customer experience. Lead readiness assessments and manage improvement initiatives to ensure performance sustainability, while participating in change management and developing training programs that enhance employee skills and adoption of new initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or an equivalent discipline relevant to the role
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience after obtaining a Master's degree
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience after obtaining a Bachelor's degree
