Job Summary
Institutional Police Officer at City College of San Francisco performs campus policing duties in a sworn unarmed department. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Proficiency Examination)
- Experience: One (1) year of experience as a police officer, member of a military police unit or other work involving safeguarding of life and property
- License and Certification: Valid California Driver License; Basic P.O.S.T. Certificate required prior to field work assignment (within 12 months of hire)
- Desirable Qualifications: P.O.S.T. academy certification; college credits in Administration of Justice; experience in education setting
