Job Summary
Institutional Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives for Manulife Investment Management’s Institutional business in North America. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects across digital, content, sales enablement, and events, collaborating with marketing managers, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to move initiatives from intake to execution. Responsibilities include coordinating project intake and timelines, maintaining marketing collateral on SharePoint and CMS platforms, assisting with content development and publishing workflows, coordinating logistics for events and sponsorships, contributing to marketing performance reporting, overseeing initiative and project lists, and handling governance-aligned administrative tasks such as website updates and approvals. Required qualifications emphasize post-secondary education in marketing/related field and 1–3 years of experience, with strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in investment management or institutional financial services, familiarity with tools like Seismic, AEM, and analytics dashboards. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and content management systems
- Experience supporting agencies or internal design teams is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and seniority levels
- Comfortable operating in a regulated, governance-driven environment
