Job Summary

Lead the Title VI compliance program for institutional equity, including policy development and review, intake and coordination of reports, and management of investigations and resolutions related to discrimination based on race, color, and national origin. Drive data-informed reporting, collaborate with campus partners to advance equitable practices, design and deliver online and in-person Title VI training, monitor climate data, and support preventative education initiatives in alignment with college nondiscrimination policies. Requires managing complaint intake, conducting impartial investigations, producing quarterly and annual reports, and ensuring compliance with Title VI responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, higher education administration, or other relevant discipline; advanced expertise in Title VI compliance with related state and federal laws; minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education or civil rights compliance; experience leading complaint intake, investigation, and resolution of discrimination matters; experience managing case management systems; experience delivering training programs for students, faculty, and staff
