Job Summary
Institutional Delinquency Coordinator role overseeing the management, monitoring, and resolution of delinquent institutional accounts. Acts as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and institutional clients to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of overdue balances. Requires analytical, communication, and organizational skills to minimize delinquency, mitigate risk, and comply with regulatory policies. Key duties include monitoring a portfolio of delinquent accounts, investigating and reconciling issues, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports on delinquency trends and recovery progress, and supporting audits. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, professionalism under pressure, attention to detail, autonomous task ownership, and a collaborative mindset; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Remote position in the Philippines; full-time availability with compensation starting at $7 USD per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in customer service, real estate, financial services or a related field
- Proficiency with property management, leasing, and mobile payment solution software: Appfolio
- Knowledge of residential real estate laws, regulations, and/or housing voucher assistance programs
