Job Summary
Coordinate and resolve delinquent institutional accounts, monitor recovery progress, and compile regular reports to analyze delinquency trends and risk exposure. Serve as a key liaison between internal departments, external partners, and institutional clients to ensure timely payment resolution, accuracy of financial data, and compliant practices. Requires strong written and verbal communication, detailed organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, and 1–3 years of related experience in customer service, real estate, or financial services. Remote role with equipment and connectivity requirements, and emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and audit-support activities.
