Job Summary
Lead and supervise Client Service Administrators who oversee activity for institutional client accounts to deliver unparalleled customer experience. Provide supervision of daily client service activities, monitor management controls to reduce risk, approve transaction activity, cash, and trade movement, and facilitate issue resolution from inception to completion. Contribute to design and construction of test cases and scenarios, validate executed test results, and prepare and deliver user documentation and training material. Lead system testing as applicable and collaborate with internal operations and external vendors to meet client expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
- at least four (4) years prior experience in Custody, Trust, or Securities department
