Institutional Cook (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Prepare all meals for patients while ensuring the kitchen continuously meets FDA Food Code standards. Read, understand, and prepare any recipe without direction, including meats, fish, soups, sauces, vegetables, desserts, and garnishes. Execute food preparation and assembly for catered functions on display trays with appropriate garnishes. Maintain sanitation on all work surfaces on a clean-as-you-go basis and ensure all cooking, cleaning, and kitchen maintenance adhere to safety and infection control policies.
