Job Summary
Partner with the client coverage team on day-to-day client coverage and new business development tasks, including meeting preparation, roadshow planning, and responding to client requests. Expand relationships with larger clients and prospects by delivering value-added insights and access to investment experts across superfunds, asset consultants, and insurance companies. Develop and execute individual client relationship plans that align with clients' asset allocation preferences and desired investment outcomes. Work with Client Advisors to identify new business opportunities, coordinate offshore meetings, and support investment due diligence on mandates and co-investments. Maintain CRM records and liaise with internal investment teams to enhance service delivery. Participate in team projects to enhance client coverage strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant institutional asset management experience
- Experience preferably in a multi-asset class work environment
- Experience covering SMA and commingled fund products
- Sophistication in markets and covering complex clients
- Knowledge of portfolio construction and role in portfolios of various asset classes
- Strong achievement in undergraduate degree in finance, economics or related disciplines
- Possess a partnership mindset
- Ability to build relationships across all levels at client organisations
- Ability to build relationships across global teams
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
