Job Summary
Conduct regular outreach to institutional prospective clients to uncover business opportunities, assess interest, and execute introductory meetings via telephone to explain firm structures and strategies. Set appointments, meet minimum calling and appointment setting goals, and collaborate with Portfolio Specialists to maintain consultant relationships. Maintain the Institutional Group mailing list for marketing distribution, fulfill sales support requests, and oversee assigned operational tasks. Develop group documentation, identify process improvements, and recommend solutions while following firm procedures. Handle confidential documents appropriately and route elevations correctly.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Previous experience in asset management
