Job Summary
Optimize access and pull through for CABLIVI at high-potential hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks in the New York Metro area. Develop strategic partnerships with C-suite and population health decision makers to drive formulary acceptance and establish aTTP protocols. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on regional pull-through, business analytics, and product access workflows including RFPs and P&T committees. Create clear messages for field teams and maintain transparent communication on cross-business unit initiatives. Leverage the CABLIVI AI Model to support brand needs and deliver breakthrough treatments for rare blood disorders.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./ B.S. degree
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience
- direct market access experience
- First Line Manager experience
- Responsible for institutional accounts in the following states/cities: New York
- Have a valid driver's license
- A consultative mindset enabling effective and creative problem solving with customers' needs as a primary focus with experience in strategic account planning/selling
- An outstanding communicator and presenter with strong negotiating skills and ability to understand and effectively communicate economic value health economic information
- ~70-80% Travel
- Candidates must complete all fleet safety training
- must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents
- All US based roles require individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable Sanofi Genzyme policies and procedures and regulatory and legal requirements
Desired Qualifications

- A minimum of two (2) years of current/recent institutional account management experience in field working with population health decision makers and other access influencers
- IDN knowledge
- Hospital inpatient experience
- Hematology products and physician reimbursement experience
- Current customer relationships in the geography/institutional accounts
- Significant experience and understanding of the ever-changing payer environment and its impact on patient access to products infused in provider offices and health care facility settings of care
