Job Summary
Ensure smooth operation of machines, plants, and facilities through preventive maintenance, targeted upkeep, and repairs. Analyze failure causes, research solutions, and implement effective downtime measures in coordination with production. Source necessary spare parts and software, create sketches or drawings, and manufacture components as needed. Document and monitor all maintenance and repair orders while performing program optimizations and adjustments to controls and plants. Actively contribute to continuous availability improvement measures and conduct recurring inspection and maintenance tasks, including DGUV inspections. Execute and oversee maintenance actions within the Facility Management area. Requires shift work including early and late shifts.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Facharbeiter:in, Mechatroniker:in, Elektriker:in, Elektroniker:in oder vergleichbar
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Mechatronik, insbesondere mit Schwerpunkt Elektrik (mechanisch)
- Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung, Schaltplanerstellung und Netzwerktechnik
- sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Produktions- und Montageanlagen
- sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
