Lead your own team in maintaining and repairing outdoor areas within residential quarters, acting as the primary link to site managers. Execute projects including fencing, pathways, carports, and terraces while eliminating defects to ensure safety on playgrounds and parking lots. Document all work to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Requires a completed GaLaBau apprenticeship, experience in landscaping or similar trades, proficiency with tools and machinery, and a valid Class B driver's license (Class BE preferred). Full-time employment with monthly fixed pay, annual bonuses, and an employee stock ownership plan.
