Instandhalter / Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Monitor, control, and maintain technical systems and building infrastructure while executing repair, maintenance, and installation tasks. Conduct regular inspection and control rounds to ensure operational readiness, perform general caretaker duties, and coordinate external contractors and maintenance firms. Document all work performed and assist in optimizing maintenance processes. Requires a completed trade apprenticeship, preferably in electrical work, and a Class B driver's license.
