Job Summary
Assist with residential solar installations by installing racking systems, modules, conduit, and supporting rough and finish electrical work while adhering to all safety protocols. Organize warehouse operations by receiving, staging, and tracking solar materials using Excel and inventory systems to coordinate deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment across both job sites and the warehouse. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and experience in solar, construction, or warehouse settings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 50–75 lbs
- Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and active construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in solar, warehouse, construction, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification
