Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones, then courteously train customers on device features and usage. Complete assigned service calls, retrieve and clean equipment from former clients, and maintain inventory of supplies. Assist Outreach Specialists with lead generation, accurately maintain customer records, and submit invoices and feedback reports. Promote CaptionCall service while adapting to unique customer needs and expanding business reach through recommendations. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with potential for career growth, including a piece rate of $25 per successful installation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive and travel via air as needed
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing environments
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components
- Requisite integrity to maintain confidential information in strictest confidence
