Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customer homes, then courteously train individuals on using the device and its features. Complete assigned service calls, retrieve and clean equipment from former customers, and maintain accurate inventory of supplies. Assist with lead generation activities, promote CaptionCall services, and submit invoices and feedback on interactions. Travel via air as needed and adapt to unique customer requirements while maintaining established departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive and travel via air as needed
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing environments
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components
- Requisite integrity to maintain confidential information in strictest confidence
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Sales experience
- Experience working in the hearing health field
- Experience working with senior citizens
- Fluency in English and Spanish
