Job Summary
Install custom signage, vinyl graphics, wallpaper, acrylic lettering, and banners at indoor and outdoor sites by assessing locations, taking precise measurements, and placing graphics accurately. Operate lifts, hand tools, drills, and saws while coordinating with designers and project managers to ensure seamless execution. Maintain neat worksites and trucks, adhere to safety protocols, and keep detailed records of installations, materials, and issues encountered. Travel to and from worksites, working in various climates and fast-paced environments. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs routinely.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely lift 30 lbs or more
- Ability to occasionally move 50 lbs or more
- Ability to scale ladders
- Ability to work in various climates; both indoor and outdoor
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time for installations
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be professional at all times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to operate lifts
- Ability to operate hand tools, drills and saws
- Ability to read a ruler
- Team player with the ability to take direction from the Install Manager or Install Lead
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and be flexible
- Demonstrate good judgement with a high degree of integrity and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous industry experience is a plus but not required
- Well versed with different types of installs and knowledge of materials and hardware
- CDL is a plus
