Job Summary
Install synthetic turf fields and perform precise cutting, alignment, and bonding of turf seams. Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue, inspect seams for quality, maintain a clean and safe work site, and support final project walk-through. Role requires overnight travel to job sites (approximately 75% of the year) and collaboration with team members under supervision. Possess strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel; education includes a HS diploma or GED; must meet safety and background requirements and be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean criminal background
- Must pass pre-employment drug screenings
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Previous construction or field installation experience preferred but not required
