Job Summary
Installer role in Sunspace by Deck and Shade Solutions: install Sunspace enclosures, sunrooms, and screen systems in northwest Ohio; learn the Sunspace system, work with the lead installer to run jobs, and progress toward leading a crew. Responsibilities include executing installations from setup to teardown (2–4 jobs per week), following installation sequences with precision on cuts and seals, keeping the truck/trailer organized, completing accurate job documentation (before/after photos, reports, punch lists), and collaborating with the crew. The position involves year-round outdoor work, interacting with homeowners on-site, carrying materials, working from ladders, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. Pay is $25-$35 hourly with a path to lead installer and field supervisor, plus bonuses and company-provided gear and materials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to our shop
- Ability to pass a background check
- U.S. work authorization
- Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs, working from ladders, outdoor conditions year-round
