Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and invoicing them. Direct delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries while overseeing vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fleet management device entries. Verify all product billing, process warranty returns and labor claims, and audit customer returns for warranty abuse. Assist with front and retail counter duties, including auto-loading, stock management, and backroom operations. Strong mechanics background and ASE certification required. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
