Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct the daily activity of delivery specialists to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships, taking orders over the phone and online, invoicing customers, and directing efforts to accurately pick and stage parts. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, completing vehicle inspections daily and entering mileages into fleet management devices. Verify all product, warranty parts, and cores are billed before customers leave the store, while auditing returns for warranty abuse and processing customer labor claims efficiently. Assist on front and retail counters as needed, manage backroom duties including auto-loading and stock, and coordinate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers.
