Installer Service Specialist

Oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers; take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts to be picked and staged, and route delivery specialists. Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards, perform vehicle inspections, and log daily mileages. Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers; verify product/merchandise and warranty parts are billed; manage returns and credits for core and warranty items; assist on front and retail counters and with backroom duties. Support with customer labor claims and other duties as assigned. Possess strong mechanics background, effective communication skills, and multilingual capability (Spanish highly desired); ASE Certification is a noted qualification.
