Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and routing delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment. Invoice customer orders, direct parts picking and staging, and verify all merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store. Service and maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, ensuring inspections are completed and daily mileages are entered into fleet management devices. Audit customer returns for warranty abuse, process labor claims efficiently, and assist with backroom duties such as auto-loading, returns, and stock management.
