Installer Service Specialist

Manage daily operations at the installer counter by taking customer orders over the phone and online, invoicing orders, and directing efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery. Oversee delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment, while servicing and maintaining delivery vehicles according to company standards. Verify all product and warranty parts are billed before customers leave, audit returns for warranty abuse, and process customer labor claims efficiently. Assist with front and retail counter duties, including auto-loading, returns, and stock management, as needed. Requires a strong background in mechanics and above-average communication skills.
