Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and invoicing orders. Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment while servicing and maintaining delivery vehicles. Verify product billing for warranty parts and cores before customers leave, and process customer labor claims efficiently. Audit returns for warranty abuse, ensure accurate tagging, and assist with backroom duties including auto-loading and stock management.
