Installer Service Specialist

Conduct daily installer counter operations by taking orders over the phone and online, invoicing customers, and directing delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely part deliveries. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, completing inspections and entering daily mileages into fleet management devices. Collaborate with sales specialists to service professional customers, verify product billing including warranty parts and cores, and process customer labor claims efficiently. Audit returns for warranty abuse, tag labels correctly, and assist with backroom duties such as auto-loading, stock management, and customer service as needed.
