Job Summary
Oversee daily operations by directing delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for professional customers. Manage the installer counter by taking phone and online orders, invoicing clients, and coordinating parts staging and vehicle maintenance. Verify product billing for warranties and cores, audit returns for warranty abuse, and process customer labor claims efficiently. Maintain delivery fleet standards by completing vehicle inspections and entering daily mileages into management devices. Assist with front and retail counter duties, including auto-loading, stock management, and customer service as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics
- Above average communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
