Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, taking orders over the phone and online, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment. Verify product billing for warranty parts and cores, process customer labor claims, and audit returns for warranty abuse. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileage into fleet management devices. Assist with front and retail counter duties, backroom stock management, and auto-loading as needed. Requires a strong background in mechanics, above-average communication skills, and ASE certification. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
