Installer Service Specialist

Develop sales relationships with professional customers while taking orders over the phone and online, invoicing clients, and directing parts picking and staging for timely deliveries. Oversee delivery specialists to ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards. Verify all product billing, including warranties and cores, before customers leave the store, and audit returns for warranty abuse. Process customer labor claims efficiently and assist with backroom duties such as auto-loading, returns, and stocking as needed. Requires a strong background in mechanics, above-average communication skills, and ASE certification. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
