Installer Service Specialist

Oversee and direct daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries for professional customers. Quickly take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and route delivery teams while maintaining vehicle service standards and fleet management records. Develop sales relationships with installers, verify product billing including warranties and cores, and audit returns for warranty abuse. Assist on front and retail counters as needed, handle customer labor claims, and support backroom duties such as auto-loading and stock management. Strong background in mechanics required with ASE certification desired.
