Installer Service Specialist

Manage the installer counter by taking customer orders over the phone and online, invoicing orders, and directing efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery. Oversee delivery specialists to ensure timely order fulfillment, service delivery vehicles, and complete daily inspections and mileage entries. Verify product billing before customers leave, process warranty returns and labor claims, and audit returns for warranty abuse. Assist with front and retail counter duties, including auto-loading, stock management, and backroom operations as needed. Requires strong mechanical background and ASE certification.
