Installer Service Specialist

Manage daily operations at the installer counter by developing sales relationships with professional customers, processing phone and online orders, and directing delivery specialists to ensure timely parts fulfillment. Maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards, complete daily inspections, and enter accurate mileage data into fleet management devices. Verify product billing for all customers, process warranty returns and labor claims efficiently, and audit returns for abuse. Assist with front and retail counter duties, including backroom tasks like auto-loading and stocking. Requires strong mechanical background and ASE certification; bilingual candidates encouraged.
