Installer Service Specialist

Installer Service Specialist oversees and directs the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries; works with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships; takes customer orders by phone and online, invoices orders, directs parts picking/staging for delivery, and routes delivery specialists. Ensures delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected on time, and that mileage data is entered into fleet management devices. Collaborates with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers; verifies all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; handles returns and credit timing for core and warranty items; assists on front and retail counters, supports backroom duties, and aids with customer labor claims.
