Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist is a technical parts-focused role at the store installer counter, responsible for developing sales relationships with installers/professional customers, taking and invoicing orders by phone and online, directing the delivery specialist for accurate, timely order delivery, and ensuring parts are picked, staged, and delivered. The role also includes supervising delivery vehicle maintenance/inspections, ensuring returns and warranty processes are handled promptly, assisting on front and retail counters, supporting backroom duties, processing labor claims, and collaborating with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service. Desirable qualifications include hands-on automotive knowledge and multilingual fluency (Spanish highly desired); ASE Certification is noted as a desirable credential.
