Job Summary
Installer Service Specialist responsible for servicing professional customers at the store’s installer counter, developing sales relationships, and overseeing delivery specialists. Key duties include taking and invoicing customer orders (phone and online), directing parts to be picked and staged for delivery, routing delivery staff to ensure timely orders, maintaining delivery vehicles and daily logs, coordinating with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service, validating product/billing accuracy (including warranty parts and cores), handling warranty returns and credits, auditing returns for abuse, assisting on front and retail counters, supporting backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock), and assisting with labor claims to ensure quick processing. Strong emphasis on mechanical aptitude; bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification desired.
